This is a crowd favorite. I serve this with steak when I am grilling for the gang. Yes you can serve over pasta but I find that pasta is a hard food to eat at a backyard bbq.

Ingredients: Enough for 20 jumbo Shrimp. Scale to fit the number of guests and what you are serving the shrimp with. I plan on 4 shrimp per person when it compliments a steak.
Shrimp - Jumbo
Marinade:
Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
Red Pepper Flakes - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - Crushed 5tsp (use the bottled stuff) or 10 garlic cloves
Pan Sauce:
Butter - 1/4 stick
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic - Crushed 2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parsley - Chopped for garnish
Directions:
I prepare the shrimp first and keep it warm in the chafing dish while I grill a great steak! Make sure you preheat your chafing dish.
Mix the marinade ingredients and pour it into a Ziploc bag with the shrimp. Refrigerate for 1 hour or longer.
Heat grill to high.
Grill each shrimp on high for 2 minutes per side.
Combine and melt the pan sauce in the large frying pan over your grill, then add your grilled shrimp. Cook for about 1 minute toss while cooking. Transfer to the chafing dish (shrimp and sauce).
